Total Panel dimensions are 148cm width x 100cm length. Skirt "circle" on its own is approximately 100cm length x 100cm width. Will make a short sleeve dress for upto approximately 8-9 years (or approx 130-135cm depending on the bodice length sewn).
The adult panel can also be used on children over the age of 10 years (over 130 - 135cm in height) where the child size becomes too short for this age bracket.
